To determine what treatments will best serve your needs, we will embark upon a mission of discovery based on your wellness goals at your first appointment, during which we’ll lay the groundwork for healing. We’ll start with a thorough verbal medical intake, then progress to your first acupuncture session, based on analysis of your condition, physical assessment, and tongue and pulse diagnosis, according to Chinese Medicine. Other modalities, such as cupping or gua sha, may also take place during this first visit.

 

Paperwork to establish your file will be required with the initial treatment. You may download the necessary forms prior to your appointment here, or you may arrive 15 minutes early to fill them out. 

 

Please be prepared to provide your medical history, any recent doctor visit results, and medication lists so that we may best take your current condition into consideration.
